General Terms and Conditions: Our fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, with VAT applied at the prevailing rate at the location of the property being sold. This fee schedule sets out the maximum fees charged by SAFTI, pursuant to the order dated 26/01/2022 amending the order of 10/01/2017 concerning consumer information obligations for professionals involved in property transactions. In cases where a mandate is delegated by another real estate professional (such as an estate agency or developer of new properties sold under VEFA agreements — sale pending future completion), the fee schedule applicable is that of the original mandate holder. The SAFTI agent is not authorised to draft or invoice for pre-contracts, sales agreements, tenancy agreements, or schedules of condition. Nor is the SAFTI agent authorised to carry out or charge for property management activities or valuations. Our fees for property sales become payable only once the sale is fully completed and the notarial deed is executed; for lettings, fees are due on the signing of the lease agreement. SAFTI’s fees are paid directly to SAFTI by the client or mandate holder named in the mandate contract or pre-contract, upon presentation of an invoice duly made out to the debtor. This document is non-contractual and subject to change without prior notice. These fees apply only to Prestige properties. To view the full SAFTI scale, visit safti.fr/bareme
